KonECS Platform
The KonECS (Končar Embedded Computer Systems) platform represents a culmination of decades of development in industrial embedded computer systems. This platform integrates a wide range of new communication and processing capabilities, and it can also be used in control units for propulsion converters.
The basic hardware parts of the platform are the main processor module, the power supply module and input-output signal processing modules. Main Processor Module: Features a multi-core processor, with two Ethernet interfaces and three serial interfaces supporting various protocols (e.g., MODBUS, CANOpen, J1939).
Power Supply Module: Generates power for the entire KonECS device and includes digital inputs and outputs, allowing the realization of less demanding devices without separate I/O modules.
I/O Modules: Based on controllers with ARM M4 cores for efficient signal processing.
