The portable vibration and air gap meter is a versatile instrument designed to measure and analyze vibrations and air gaps when additional measurements are required or when the rotating machine does not feature an online monitoring system. The instrument is modular and adaptable to user requirements, with the demonstrated version utilizing 22 input channels.

The first unit was delivered to an international customer who successfully conducted initial measurements. The customer was primarily motivated by the need to minimize unplanned downtimes and their associated costs, thus enhancing overall productivity.

Designed with a simple and intuitive interface suitable for both beginners and experienced engineers engaged in diagnostics, the instrument offers a variety of vibration levels and air gap analysis. Users can choose between real-time measuring displays or analysis of pre-recorded measuring results. Upgrades to the basic modular solution are available, with additional sensors, modules, or algorithms, in line with the customer needs. Housed in a robust casing, it is compact and lightweight, which facilitates easy and safe transportation, and can be easily used in demanding field environments.
