The Diversity and Non-Discrimination Policy seeks to deepen our understanding of the impact of diversity on all stakeholders by setting clear goals, roles, and responsibilities, and monitoring measurable performance indicators.
This policy outlines guidelines for developing and implementing effective human resource diversity management practices, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that employment decisions are based solely on personal abilities and qualifications, free from discrimination or harassment. Additionally, it emphasizes attracting and retaining employees with diverse profiles and capabilities to enhance our competitive edge through an inclusive work environment.
