KonHMI is a highly adaptable, modular, robust, and reliable solution that delivers high-performance graphical capabilities, powered by a strong quad-core processor. It is available in multiple screen sizes (7-17 inches) and resolutions (up to 1920x1080 px), with optional touch screen functionality. KonHMI includes an operating system and our proprietary graphical development tool, Grap Display, for designing and programming HMI applications. 

The casing is engineered to enhance reliability and adaptability, optimize space within the mounting desk, and minimize noise. The rear connector layout is customizable, featuring standard interfaces such as RS232, RS485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, digital audio, and HDMI. KonHMI complies with all relevant railway standards, including EN50155, and functions reliably even under extreme climatic conditions, making it suitable for demanding environments. Depending on the configuration and requirements, a vehicle can utilize one or more of these interfaces.

Based on customer requests, we have developed three variants within the KonHMI platform:

• KonHMI 102A: Modern and innovative solution with a dual touch screen
• KonHMI 103A/B: Offers two different installation options

KonHMI 101A

The KonHMI 101A Human-Machine Interface (HMI) is an essential component of the KonTCMS system, providing a complete hardware and software solution for rail vehicle applications. It is specifically designed for displaying vehicle information and video feeds. 

The KonHMI 101A supports redundant configurations, typically utilizing three screens in trains and a single screen in trams. Its modular design enables customers to customize and select configurations according to their specific needs.

This comprehensive hardware and software solution offers a sleek design, touch screen functionality, customizable communication interfaces, advanced graphical displays, and IP65 protection, among other features. Featuring a modern design and dual touch screens, it offers a complete hardware and software solution tailored to meet customer needs. 

The KonHMI 102A is engineered for processing-intensive graphical and digital video applications. Equipped with a powerful NXP i.MX6 Quad processor, it offers multiple peripheral options and display variants. The unit consists of two independent touch screen units housed in a single integrated chassis. Its robust, fanless casing is designed to save space within the mounting desk and enhance reliability. The device complies with all relevant railway standards and operates reliably even under extreme climatic conditions.

The KonHMI 102A showcases the adaptability of the KonHMI platform, enabling mechanical customization and display configuration to cater to specific user requirements, and ensuring seamless integration into diverse industrial systems and vehicles.
